The Sphere 1 Education Scholarship awards five $5,000 scholarships annually to children or grandchildren of employees at Sphere 1 member companies. This program is part of Sphere 1's ongoing commitment to giving back to the families within our cooperative community.

Who Can Apply:
- You must be the child or grandchild of a current employee at a Sphere 1 member company
- You must be accepted to or currently enrolled in an undergraduate accredited college, university, or trade school *exclusions apply, see below*
Award Details
- 5 scholarships awarded annually, $5,000 each, paid directly to the recipient's college, university, or trade school, and will be applied to the recipient's tuition account
- Recipients will be awarded in Spring 2027
What You'll Need to Submit
- Completed application form
- Acceptance or enrollment letter from your school
- Letter of recommendation
- Personal essay (500–1,000 words)
- Transcript

- Applications open: October 1, 2026
- Applications close: December 31, 2026
- Finalists/recipients confirmed: by March 2027
- Recipients recognized: Spring 2027

*Applicants who are current or incoming students at a U.S. service academy (including the U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, or U.S. Merchant Marine Academy), or who are receiving a scholarship or financial aid package that fully covers tuition, room, and board at their intended school, are not eligible to apply.
