REGISTRATION for TCRP1 Spring 2021

Team Communication and Relationships Program (TCRP1-formerly From Tools to Relationships) is a unique and innovative virtual program that focuses on the interpersonal skills of empathic communication, negotiation, proactive conflict management and partnership with patients, families, populations and with those we serve.
 
This highly interactive program blends, didactics, case studies, demonstration, practice, and feedback (including web-based videotaped) to support individual personalized learning experience to improve communication and relationships within team and with other teams that you collaborate with- in areas of:
• Active listening
• Humble inquiry
• Proactive conflict engagement
• Emotional regulation
• Motivation
• Negotiation
• Inspiration; and
...create, implement, and reflect on an individual plan to develop new habits in personal and professional communication.

In addition, learning and practicing these specific communication skills and action to enhance partnership with patients, families and populations to co-design planning and action will bring all the specific topics and skills together.

This is a 5-month series that is scheduled to be held virtually at this time due to current COVID-19 concerns.
