ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Think Big, Lead Now Program is a comprehensive leadership program for young women and non-binary youth aged 18-25 that includes online learning and interactive presentations, self-study, peer mentorship and support, civic engagement, and a three-day immersive training held in Orillia, Ontario from January 16th to January 19th, 2020.

Grounded in intersectional feminism and social justice, this program has been designed to equip young women with the knowledge and skills to lead and be change makers in their communities and beyond.

* 1. Program participants must be available to participate in all of the following activities:
  • Program orientation (webinar)
  • E-learning modules 
  • Mentor groups and community engagement activities
  • The Summit commencing Thursday, January 16 until Sunday, January 19 2020 (plus travel time)
Each application will be carefully reviewed by a selection committee of your peers. Check the box below to confirm that you understand the program requirements and that you are available for the duration of the 3-day intensive training.
