Food Vendors:
All vendors must submit the Temporary FOOD VENDOR Notification Form for Special Events and review the Special Events: Guidelines for Organizers and Vendors document.

Personal Services Vendors: All vendors offering personal services, including face-painting, must complete the Temporary PERSONAL SERVICES VENDOR Notification Form for Special Events and review the Personal Services at Special Events: Infection Control Guidelines for Vendors document. Those offering face-painting must also review Face Painting at Special Events: Basic Requirements for Vendors document.
