Instructions for Accessing and Taking the Survey
COD students may take this survey only once in a semester. To ensure you are a registered student, an ID number is required to participate in the survey. The questions in this survey refer to any time that a COD student has used services at any designated TASC Lab. You may participate in this survey regardless if you made one or multiple visits to a TASC Lab.
