Thank you for your interest in joining the Ready to Succeed Internship and Scholarship Program (Career Accelerator Program)! We are interested in learning more about you, your career goals, and how you think RTS can help you.

Application Deadline: Monday, January 31 at 11:59pm PST
Interviews will take place in March 2023.
Program participation will start in Summer 2023 with Orientation and Camp Ready.

Applicants will be contacted about the status of their application in February 2023. If you have any questions, please email advisors@readytosucceedla.org. Be sure to visit our webpage at: https://readytosucceedla.org/become-a-scholar/
Application Length and Additional Information to Prepare:
Depending on how reflective you are and how much you choose to write, the application could take anywhere from 20 minutes to 40 minutes (without the 2 short-answer questions, it would only take about 10 minutes). You will be asked to submit your resume and transcripts. We suggest you have these completed prior to starting the application. Click HERE for resources to support starting a resume.

We strongly recommend that you do your best to complete the application in a single-sitting, as you will not be able to edit your answers once you click the "Done" button and submit the application. You will be able to return to the survey to pick up where you left off and/or edit previous responses until you submit the application or the deadline passes.

We look forward to receiving your application!
