Swansea, MA Hazard Mitigation Planning Survey

The Town of Swansea, MA is developing an update to their Hazard Mitigation Plan. The purpose of this plan is to identify and assess the Town's natural hazard risks (such as flooding, winter storms, and hurricanes) and determine how to best minimize those risks. Upon completion, the plan will be presented to the Select Board for adoption. Upon Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) approval, the Town will be eligible for pre-disaster mitigation grant funding.

This survey presents an opportunity for you to share your opinions and concerns. The information you provide will help the Town to develop a plan that addresses your hazard concerns. Participation in this survey is voluntary and none of the information you provide will be attributed to you directly.
