ACUHO-I Study Tour Leadership Application

Welcome to the 2016 Study Tour Leadership Application!

ACUHO-I is excited to host it's 2016 Annual Conference and Exposition at the Seattle Convention Center on July 9-12, 2016! We are currently accepting applications from members who would like to serve as the coordinator for the 2016 U.S. Study Tour.

Before every ACUHO-I Annual Conference, we offer Non-U.S. Based Members the ability to explore the many different institutions in and around the conference host city. In addition to the academic institutions, the tour also includes stops at some of the cultural attractions throughout the area. This valuable event provides the opportunity for our members, especially those traveling from outside the United States, to get a feel for a variety of campus settings and explore the inner workings of institutions in the region.

The coordinator for the 2016 Student Tour plans and implements all aspects of the tour. Typically involving 25-30 Non-U.S. Based Members who will be attending the Annual Conference, the tour will occur July 2-8, 2016. The coordinator will identify the primary educational outcomes of the tour, contact and plan visits with institutions in the region around Seattle, and make other plans necessary for the study tour to be successful.

Brief applications are now available for the Study Tour Coordinator Positions. Study Tour Coordinators should:
  • Have capacity for fast-paced leadership of an active group from different locations.
