Strategy 2022 - 'Your health is our focus - let's partner in your care'

Bellarine Community Health (BCH) is inviting communities on the Bellarine to have their say on the future of healthcare and the development of the BCH 2022-2025 Strategic Plan.

The new Strategic Plan will set out the goals and priorities for BCH for the next few years.

We want to partner with the community to develop Strategy 2022 and we want to hear the valued voices of our communities.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could complete this survey so that we can consider your future needs and aspirations as we build a stronger and responsive BCH.
