Here's How You Do It!

  1. Register for the Challenge by January 27 at 11:59PM
  2. From January 30 - February 24, choose 5 days to complete as many squats as possible in your classroom. 
  3. Use the Squat Challenge Toolkit* to track your squats and amp up your classroom totals.
  4. Submit your results before February 24th by 11:59PM!


RULES & ADDITIONAL DETAILS: 
  • Each classroom must register separately.
  • Days do not have to be consecutive.
  • All results due Friday, February 24th by 11:59PM.
  • Squats must be completed in school.
  • Squat Challenge Toolkit and submission link will be sent to registrants on Monday, January 30th.
