Whitehorse City Council’s Spring Festival is a free, fun-filled day that celebrates our talented and diverse community. Each year over 20,000 residents attend, making the festival the perfect platform for local organisations to engage with the community.

The Spring Festival will be held on Sunday 21 October 2018, at the Whitehorse Civic Centre Precinct, Nunawading.

The Spring Festival theme this year is "All About Art" and the importance it has for the Whitehorse community. 3 key areas will be used for the theme: Visual Arts (painting, drawing, photography, ceramics etc.), Performing Arts (theatre, dance, music, acrobatics etc.) and Literary Arts (writing, poetry, reading, etc.)!

We are asking participating organisations to decorate, dress up, theme and do whatever you can to make your stall or performance as interesting as possible.

Please Note
There will be no market or business stalls for the 2018 Whitehorse Spring Festival.

Groups wishing to sell food need to apply using the Food Vendor Expression of Interest online form via:

If selling food is part of a community stall application, please complete both this form and the food vendor form.

Businesses are not eligible for a community display. If you are a local business that wishes to attend the Spring Festival or another festival, please email festivals@whitehorse.vic.gov.au to enquire about event sponsorship.
