Welcome to the LaborRateHero Survey for Luxury Brand & Special Vehicles. This survey will take about 5 minutes to complete.
The purpose of this survey is to gather labor rates that shops use specifically for luxury brand vehicles, such as Audi, Bentley, Mercedes, or Tesla, for example, as well as special vehicles such as an aluminum body Ford F-150 or Nissan GT-R.
However, in the past, there was no easy way to know what the market labor rates were for working on a Mercedes, for example.
Now, with this new survey, luxury repairers have the opportunity to report these special labor rates to National AutoBody Research to help define the true market rates for repairing these types of vehicles.
