Direction of Unincorporated Fulton County

There is discussion about the direction of unincorporated Fulton County: creating a new city, annexing into an existing city, or remaining unincorporated Fulton. Ultimately, you may be asked to vote in a referendum. But before that happens, the Georgia General Assembly must decide if unincorporated Fulton residents will vote on a referendum creating a new city of South Fulton, annexing adjacent parts into exisiting cities: Atlanta, College Park, East Point, or Union City ; or if no referendum will be held, keeping these communities in unincorporated Fulton County.
