The following 7-minute survey will assist the City of Sergeant Bluff to update of the community’s comprehensive plan. Paper copies of this survey are available at City Hall (501 4th St).

A comprehensive plan or a “comp” plan is a document that outlines a community’s goals and aspirations for its future (typically looking 10-20 years out). It assesses a community’s current conditions and offers recommendations across the topics of economic development, housing, transportation, land use, and community facilities & services. Public engagement is an essential part of any comp plan as residents’ insight and ideas provide direction for the plan’s vision and goals.
