In-Service Training for Healthcare Professionals - Posttest

Thank you for attending Cancer and Careers' & Triage Cancers' In-Service Training for Healthcare Professionals and completing a post-event evaluation. This is the start of the posttest. If you are requesting CEs/CNEs/a General Certificate, you must take the post-test and receive a passing grade of 80% or higher. If you do NOT wish to receive CEs or a certificate the posttest is NOT required.

Once you have completed the test you will see an automated score indicating whether or not you passed. If you do not pass on your first attempt, you can retake the test two more times (i.e., a total of three attempts). We will disregard any attempts after your third try. We recommend using your copy of the presentation while taking the post-test as all questions are taken directly from the slides.

The deadline to submit the evaluation and post-test is Friday, October 10th by 11:59 PM PT.
Qualifiers will receive their certificates on or before Friday, October 24th.
