Purpose

The City of Selah is developing a housing action plan to address housing requirements and costs for all kinds of housing products, for all kinds of households, and for all areas of the city. The objective of this plan is to develop policies and programs that provide housing that is affordable for all city resident households - and to develop strategies for assisting with housing solutions for households that cannot live affordably (those paying more than 35% of their household income for housing).

We would like to know your opinions about current housing conditions, preferences, and priorities that we can use to develop effective housing policies, action plan programs, and development regulations. Please review and provide your response to the following questions. Your survey responses will remain confidential.

Please enter your phone or e-mail at the end of the survey if you are interested in being included in a drawing of a $250 gift certificate and to be kept informed of the city's progress on the housing action plan.

For additional information about this survey or the housing action planning process contact Jeff Peters, City Planner at 509-698-7365 or jeff.peters@selahwa.gov.

Thank you for participating in our survey.
