Explanation and Overview


Thank you for taking the time to complete this brief survey. You have received this survey because of your involvement or interest in a fraternity or sorority at Samford University. Over the course of your recruitment and membership, you will be asked to fill out a survey based on your experiences and opinions. Regardless of your intention to join a fraternity or sorority, your responses are valuable.

This survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. The information you provide will be kept completely confidential and at no time will be shared on an individual basis. Your participation and honest responses are greatly appreciated.

This is the FIRST of THREE sections of this survey at varying times of the year conducted by Phired Up Productions on behalf of Samford University. You will receive a reminder when it is time to complete the next portion.

  • If you complete the first survey your email will be entered into a drawing for an Amazon echo dot.
  • If you complete the second survey your email will be entered into a drawing for a JBL wireless speaker. You will receive two entries.
  • If you complete the third survey your email will be entered into a drawing for a set of AirPods and the charging case. You will receive three entries.
