Elzly Technology Corporation has been awarded National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Project 10-97, Detection and Remediation of Soluble Salt Contamination Prior to Coating Steel Highway Structures.  The project is studying detection and remediation methods to mitigate the effect of soluble salts on steel protective coating performance.  For the purposes of this project, soluble salts include chlorides, sulfates, and nitrates or other soluble ionic species that may impact coating service life.

As part of our information gathering effort, we are conducting a survey of coating inspectors on the detection of soluble salts and their remediation prior to painting. 
The survey should take most users 10-15 minutes to complete (dependent on the extent of experience with salt detection and remediation).
