The City of Salinas had a $165.5 million dollar budget in Fiscal Year 2016/2017. The City of Salinas is seeking community input on the City’s budget priorities. We are looking to validate our understanding of budget priorities to ensure these reflect the needs of Salinas’ diverse neighborhoods and population.
