You are being asked to participate in this twenty-two question safety climate survey of employees that will assist us in understanding the current perceptions of safety on our campus. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Your participation is appreciated and optional. There are no direct benefits to you for participation. Your responses to the questions in this survey are confidential. Summaries with any identifying information removed and statistical summaries may be shared with health and safety professionals at other universities.
