Step Your Way Registration 2024 |
The challenge runs from Monday, October 7 through Sunday, November 17.
This is a free 6-week program designed to help participants increase their daily physical activity. Sign up and participate, and you might just win one of five Fitbit Inspire activity trackers sponsored by MITFCU!
You'll receive a weekly email, a log sheet, and tips for getting steps. All you will need to count your steps is an activity tracker, pedometer, or a smart phone!
