These sessions are great for someone that is looking for brief support around anything wellness related. Sessions can include resource sharing, referrals to on campus services, and Q & A around clients specific questions on topics such as healthy relationships, coping skills, healthy meal plans, etc. Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes long and are offered in office, over Zoom, or as a Wellness Walk around campus.
