Success Through People Survey

Thank you for taking the time to help improve our understanding of current people-management practices in small to medium-sized businesses (in this survey, we’re particularly focusing on businesses with 5 to 150 staff).

For example, we're interested in finding out, in terms of leading and managing people in your business;

- What practices, tools and strategies do you have in place?

- What’s working well?

- What are the key challenges?

Once we've collected sufficient responses, we’ll be analysing and publishing the results, so that we can all learn from one another and build even more engaging, profitable and sustainable businesses.

The survey only takes 10 minutes to complete, and rest assured, no information will be reported that allows you or your business to be identified. Indeed, you don’t even need to provide any personal information at all – you can complete the survey and remain completely anonymous.
