1. SRG Registration Survey

SRG's 2020 Planning Retreat will be held in Vermont at the Essex Resort and Spa.

Our meeting begins Monday, August 3rd at 4pm and concludes on Wednesday, August 5th at noon. 

The Essex is located in Essex Junction, Vermont, about 15 minutes from the Burlington International Airport. It is about a 3.5 hour drive from Boston. Please click here for driving directions.

All hotel arrangements are made through Kate Thomas at SRG (thomkate@gmail.com - contact information is repeated below)--please do not contact the Essex Resort directly. Complete this registration form--we'll get back to you if any information is missing. SRG also makes arrangements for early arrivals or late departures. We will provide you with confirmation and make changes as your schedule requires. You pay for your room upon departure. We will try to confirm your reservation by email within three days of you having completed the survey. 

As with any summer travel, it's a good idea to make travel plans in advance. If you would like any help arranging transportation to or from the hotel, please forward us your flight information when you book your tickets and we can help you arrange for a shuttle or coordinate ride-share with other attendees. 

Attendees cover room charges, costs associated with traveling to and from the site, and you will be on your own for Tuesday night's dinner.  SRG covers meeting costs and all other meals during the meeting.  There is no registration fee to attend.
