The Lassen County Transportation Commission has hired the firm Mark Thomas to conduct the State Route 36 Complete Street and Safe Mobility Study. The purpose of the study is to analyze different ways to make it easier and safer for all types of users (pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users and motorists) to get around Main Street in Susanville. The study also reviews strategies to revitalize the local economy through transportation projects.
