The College’s current Guidelines on Electronic Records Management were approved by the RCDSO Council in March 2012. These Guidelines provide detailed recommendations or “best practices” about the manner in which electronic records should be created and managed.

At its May 9, 2019 meeting, Council approved the striking of a working group to review the Guidelines and provide recommendations to the Quality Assurance Committee and Council regarding its revision.

The review of the Guidelines has just begun. We invite you to provide feedback at this early stage. Your comments will help us evaluate the current Guidelines and identify areas for revision.
