Which FSMA rule applies to me?

The Company having completed the SGS FSMA Applicability Questionnaire and any holder of this document (the “Completed Questionnaire”) is/are advised that this Completed Questionnaire is issued to the exclusive attention of the Company for informational purposes only. 

The information stated in this Completed Questionnaire is solely derived from the answers, information and data provided by the Company in the SGS FSMA Applicability questionnaire and reflects only such answers, information and data, without any additional SGS analysis or assessment.

SGS did not verify the accuracy of the responses and such cannot be relied on by third parties.

This Completed Questionnaire is not and cannot be considered as a compliance guide, a verification seal, or as an audit/inspection report regarding Company’s compliance with FSMA rules.  Should the Company desire that SGS provide further guidance regarding such compliance, the Company should contact SGS and any technical service shall be conducted subject to the SGS General Conditions for the relevant services as applicable, available at http://www.sgs.com/en/terms-and-conditions.
