Introduction
The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (the Commission) is responsible for administering the National General Practice Accreditation (NGPA) Scheme.
The Commission is seeking feedback on your recent assessment. Your feedback is important and will be used to inform, evaluate and improve accreditation processes, and review performance of accrediting agencies.
The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Please complete only one survey per assessment.
Responses will be de-identified and are collected directly by the Commission. No comments or feedback will be attributed to a general practice or an individual. Please see the Commission’s Privacy Policy for further information.
