Have you ever wondered what medications other children with SJIA are on, how long they remain on it, or why they go off a medication? The purpose of this survey is to gather such information from parents and pool it together.
You have received this survey since you are the parent of a child with SJIA. Please take a few minutes to complete it so we can all learn from each other. Every parent who completes the survey will receive a copy of the survey report.
If you complete all the questions you will also be entered into a drawing for a $100 Amazon gift certificate. Please answer all questions and give your email address so you can be entered into the drawing.
(If you are adult diagnosed with SJIA as a child or with Adult Onset Stills Disease, please answer the questions "for yourself", even when it says "for your child")
