Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey. This short survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. The objective of the questions included in this survey is to obtain community input on the current conditions of local roadways and to determine potential improvements for implementation, as stipulated in the Siesta Promenade Approvals of Conditions (Development Order 2018-062). Exhibit #1 (see attached) shows the study area.  Please only submit one survey per person. Thank you!
