SHRIMP REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY
The fee for an SIF Tool (e.g., SHRIMP or Anti-Drug & Alcohol Plan Development Tool) covers the creation of a plan for one (1) system. At the system’s discretion, it may grant other individuals (e.g., consultants, state regulators, employees of the system) access to the system’s information within an SIF Tool.*

Please allow five (5) business days from the application submission date for the SIF to verify user information. The SIF will notify the system’s main contact when approved. Please note that use of the SIF tool will not be accessible until full payment is received. A full refund will be given if the SIF does not approve a utility’s request to prepare a plan through one of its tools.

If you are managing more than one system with an SIF tool and are interested in being a Group Administrator, please email the SIF at appsupport@apgasif.org. Group Administrators must either have five (5) separate system accounts in the group or, if less than five (5) accounts, the total annual subscription fee is at least $1,000. Additionally, a Group Administrator’s systems must all be synced to the same billing date.

Access to an SIF Tool is valid for twelve (12) months after payment is initially processed or applied to the next twelve (12) months if a renewal is purchased. Access to an SIF Tool will be discontinued after twelve (12) months unless a renewal payment has been processed. Current pricing at the time of renewal will always apply, even if different from when a system originally subscribed to the tool.

If paying by check, please make payment to “APGA Security & Integrity Foundation” with the name of the specific tool written in the memo section.

No refund will be given if a user chooses to discontinue using an SIF Tool after payment has been received and access has been given to their subscription.

Yearly SIF Tool subscription pricing and system size categories are subject to change without notification.

If multiple systems are registered under one account (subdivided) or if a single system is subdivided within one plan, the total meter count must be disclosed to the SIF. The meter count must be updated annually for all users and all accounts.

A single account cannot be subdivided across state lines. Each state will require a unique account.
