Dear Parents/Guardians,
The Personal Academic Counselors (PAC) team is conducting a brief parent needs assessment. The purpose of this needs assessment is to identify priorities for parent programming, parent workshops, resources, and preventative materials. Your feedback will help inform our practice and support students and families. The questions below were developed through the lens of the International School Counseling Association (ISCA) model.
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Thank you for your time and input!
Note, if you have more than one teen in High School, we would ask you complete one survey for each child.
