The Department of Finance, Office of State Revenue is conducting a Customer Education Satisfaction Survey, to seek  feedback from our customers in relation to the educational seminars and activities we provide to the community.
 
Your responses will be completely anonymous and used to assist us to continually improve our customer education activities and services.
