Short Form- Bucket List Qualifier Application

Due to the demanding nature of the events on the Epic Endurance Bucket List, we utilize a rigorous selection process to make sure athletes are “Bucket List Qualified”. Chris Carmichael and the CTS Coaching Staff examine your training history, current performance markers, skill level, and a variety of other factors, and only athletes whose applications are accepted can register for Bucket List Events. Applicants must be 18 years old or older to be considered. There are no fees for applying, and applicants are under no obligation to purchase any CTS product or service once they become "Bucket List Qualified".
