The safety and well-being of our attendees, staff and community continue to be at the forefront of our minds. At this time it is impossible for SGIM to hold our Annual Meeting because of the escalating health concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, CDC and WHO guidelines for social distancing, institutional travel bans, and the vital role of our members and participants in the front lines of care for communities in this crisis.

SGIM will offer full refunds to those who registered to attend the 2020 SGIM Annual Meeting in Birmingham, AL. You also may choose to apply your registration payment toward the 2021 SGIM Annual Meeting.

Full refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 60 days of receipt of refund request. If you paid by check, please allow up to 90 days for a refund as we manage the large numbers of refunds we need to process. 

Partial refunds cannot be processed.  If SGIM has not received this form by June 1, 2020, we will automatically issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
