The purpose of the team award is to recognize multiple individuals who worked together on a project or program that made a significant contribution to Environmental Health programs within the state of the Affiliate. Only a single certificate will be printed, with the names of the team members. Each Affiliate may nominate a group provided the group and the Affiliate President are each active NEHA members.
Deadline for the Certificate of Merit Nomination is May 1. Recipients will be recognized at the NEHA Annual Educational Conference and Exhibition.
