Respite Care Survey

Respite is a service where care is provided to, in this case, children with disabilities who have chronic or terminal illnesses, and/or children at risk of abuse and neglect.

Easterseals Central Alabama is trying to find out the respite care needs of those in the community who have a child living with a disability.  Information collected could help us develop programs to meet the needs of these families.
