Asian-American Needs Assessment 

EveryMind is excited to share that with funding support from the Asian American Health Initiative and Primary Care Coalition; we will be creating and disseminating educational videos on mental health and wellness for the Asian American community. In order to provide the most relevant and helpful mental wellness education, we would like your feedback.

Please take 5 minutes to complete the survey below. This brief survey is designed to help EveryMind identify the priority mental health topics for the videos, based on the mental health needs in the Asian American community that have been most impacted by COVID-19.  We will use the information gathered to identify the priority topic/s and create recorded educational presentations for the community.  We appreciate your input and time.
