FWC School Fishing Club Program Application |
1. Program Information
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) would like to know how your school will be participating in the School Fishing Club Program. Please complete one form/survey for your school. FWC will use this information to keep track of and communicate with your school fishing club throughout the year. Answers will be kept confidential. Any school filling out this form/survey after the grant application due date, May 17, 2024, must select "Participate WITHOUT applying for the grant".
