The Reaching Home Sustainability Workgroup would like your feedback on your experiences connecting clients experiencing homelessness and those that have been recently housed with employment and behavioral services. The workgroup will analyze the survey results and use this information to identify potential areas of improvement, and to build stronger linkages with partner organizations in your community
