Question Title

* An 8mo female arrives via EMS to your EC for a chief complaint of seizure.

EMS was called to the patient’s home for new onset of upper and lower extremity shaking. On arrival, EMS found the patient was unresponsive and did not have any medications available for treatment en route.

When the patient arrives, she is still having bilateral upper and lower extremity shaking. The patient has normal coloration and appears to be breathing. Her SpO2 is 95% when there is a good waveform. Her eyes are deviated to the right. HR is 150 and a BP is unable to be obtained due to the shaking of her extremities. Mom estimates the shaking has lasted 8 minutes total.
