Thank you for participating in one of the Strengthen & Enhance Epilepsy Knowledge Training modules created by the National Coordinating Center for Epilepsy (Center) at the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). The goal of the Strengthen & Enhance Epilepsy Knowledge Training is to build the capacity of those that may care for children and youth with epilepsy (CYE) to manage patients with considerations around the medical home, cultural competency, and shared decision-making.

Please complete this brief survey to provide feedback on the usefulness of the training module and to identify areas of opportunity.
