The annual SBHC update helps ensure our SBHC Directory and Map are accurate. NMASBHC understands the importance of increasing public awareness of your clinic and its invaluable services. Our SBHC Directory serves as an essential tool for legislators, state agencies, school personnel, providers, students/patients, community members and funders across New Mexico.
We also want to make sure we are serving those of you in the field in the most appropriate ways. This survey will allow us to focus our technical assistance efforts in areas that will serve the SBHC community best. The information provided on the survey portion will not be included in the directory.
