Finding Your Power and Shifting Attitudes– a session for athletes, coaches, officials and administrators focussed on knowing where to go for assistance, who can help you and most importantly what is your power in achieving the best outcome for you.
The session will be facilitated by Katrine Hildyard, Assistant Minister to the Premier and Chair of the South Australian Women in Sport Taskforce.
Hear from a panel of speakers including:
Tracy York one of a kind; a police officer and the only female assistant coach in the National Basketball League. Tracy praised as Sixers' NBL assistant coach to Joey Wright. Tracy also coaches the Southern Tigers in the Basketball SA women's competition.
Sally Hunter (nee Foster) 2 x Olympian in 100-metre breaststroke at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, reaching the final in 2012.Sally won the silver medal in the 200 m breaststroke at the 2014 Commonwealth Games, and was a member of Australia's gold-medal-winning 4×100-medley medley relay team
