Welcome to the Nisqually Watershed Planning community survey!

The Nisqually Subarea Plan has guided land use policy in the Nisqually subarea since 1992. More than 30 years later, however, growth and development have changed the landscape—and the way we plan for it. Today, Thurston County is looking beyond the subarea and working with the Nisqually Indian Tribe, local jurisdictions, and agencies to take a broader, watershed-wide approach. We welcome your thoughts here to help build a shared vision for the future of the Nisqually watershed!
