Dear Parent,

Please take a few moments and complete one survey per child attending CCS. We value your opinion as a school partner and participant in our annual needs assessment process. Your answers will help us decide how to best use our state, local, and federal resources for improving the education of the students in our community.  Your answers will also be used to help develop the district Family Engagement Plan and your child's School Improvement Plan. Your answers are confidential and you will never be identified.
