In this survey, we would like to learn more about mobile health services and accessing health care in your community.

Examples of mobile services that have been available in some communities include breast cancer screening programs, mobile dialysis services, MRI scanning, and a mobile men’s health clinic.

We will share the survey results with our partners in health care.
