Introduction

Talent retention – and especially keeping the best employees -- ranks as employers’ greatest concern, according to Brandon Hall Group research. With large-scale staff reductions emerging again and economic recession looming on the horizon, keeping your best talent in place and productive becomes even more critical.

Brandon Hall Group is conducting this study, an update to last year’s Retaining Your Top Talent survey, to gain insight into how organizations are feeling about their ability to retain their best talent and what they are making a priority to address to positively impact talent retention.  Areas of inquiry include:
  • How concerned are organizations that their top talent may be or become flight risks in the near future?
  • How are organizations increasing their understanding of what matters most to employees and how have they modified their approach to gaining that understanding?
  • What are employers doing to create employee experiences and a culture that provide reasons to stay?
  • How is the hybrid work environment impacting retention efforts?
  • Does offering flexibility and autonomy impact retention rates?
The survey will take 8-9 minutes to complete. To show our appreciation for your time, those who complete the survey and provide their email will:
