Booths are a measured 8' wide x 6' deep space. Reif provides one 6' table and one chair per booth. It is the vendors responsibility to provide linens, signage (must be freestanding), and any additional displays to make their booth pop. Reif will assign booth locations to ensure that vendors of similar categories are spaced out appropriately.

8' x 6' with hydro access - $125
Should you require a custom booth size, or special accommodations, please indicate it in the comment/request field at the bottom of this form. We’re happy to consider all requests and will accommodate them where we can, though we can’t make any guarantees.

Due to the age and construction of our building WIFI is not reliable, please come prepared to accept cash and have data/hotspot capability.

* 11. I understand Reif Estate Winery is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods during the event. I understand I am responsible for collecting my own funds, set up and tear down and anything that involves my booth for the day.

Please note: Reif is in beautiful wine country. While we have WIFI in the main winery boutique, it is unreliable and it does not extend to all areas of the property. Please be prepared to hotspot and have charged power banks.

A note about Markets at Reif:

Supporting local is very important at Reif Estate Winery. This curated Holiday Market aims to feature independent local businesses and vendors who create unique one-of-a-kind items.

Vendors will not be selected on a first come first serve basis. Our goal is to prevent excessive category overlap, however there may be multiple vendors selling items within the same broader category (e.g. candles, soap, jewelry). We rely on the transparency of vendors to let us know what sort of product they will be featuring to prevent two vendors having very similar styled items. We will make sure to space out vendors that are selling items from the same category. However, please be aware that some broader category overlap may occur.
