Welcome to the conference registration and lodging information!
No Registration Fee is required.
Please designate one county coalition person to complete the registration process. Upon completion, all participants will have been registered for lodging as well. The Conference will begin on Tuesday October 1st, 2019 (6pm registration) and will end on Friday, October 4th, 2019 at noon.
Conference registration gives full access to the Opening Session and Keynote Address, all leader training in best practices for community mobilization workshops, and complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided each day of the conference for everyone. Name badges and conference materials will be issued on site at the Appalachian Diabetes Coalitions Conference Registration Desk. The hotel is close to all the great restaurants, shopping, activities and attractions!
NOTE: One complimentary room based on (double occupancy) is available for each COUNTY COALITION. Additional rooms will be the responsibility of the coalition/individuals at the conference rate of $94 + 12.75 tax/night.
